Polyurethane Grout Injection
Commonly used for foundation walls and floors with leaking stress cracks. A less expensive yet effective way to stop water infiltration as opposed to excavating.
Acrylate Injection
Acrylate Injection is mostly put into specs for schools. However acrylate is very successful when being used to stop tight cracks that are leaking. Acrylate is used when polyurethane grout is too thick to successfully get to the source of the leak.
Pressure Grouting
Pressure grouting consists of using pressure to insert polyurethane chemical grout into a cement structure to stop leaks at their source.
Curtain Wall Grouting
Curtain wall grouting is the process of injecting water reactive resin behind the leaking wall in a grid pattern. The water on the other side mixes with the grout and cures to a solid mass covering the surface of the wall on the other side. In addition, you don’t have water pressure dislodging external “patches” over time, as can be the case with other methods.
Geotechnical Services & Void-Filling
Geotechnical services include compaction grouting, permeation grouting, and highway and roadway void-filling applications. For filling hollow areas to stop water infiltration.
Crack Chasing
Used to fix cracks that aren't leaking. Adds structural stability.
